Do I need an electrician to install these?
No. The doorbell is wireless and battery-powered, so you set it up yourself in minutes. The smart lock needs a mortise cut in the door, so our technician installs it for you, free.
Will the smart lock fit my main door?
It fits wooden, steel and aluminium doors 35–65 mm thick that can take a mortise lock. Use the fit check on the lock page or send us a photo on WhatsApp.
What happens during a power cut?
Nothing changes. The lock runs on 4 AA batteries and the doorbell on its rechargeable battery. Only app features need your Wi-Fi to be on.
Which Wi-Fi and app do they use?
Both use 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and the free Smart Life app on Android or iPhone, so they sit side by side in one app.
Is the price inclusive of GST?
Yes. Prices include all taxes and you get a GST invoice with your order.
