Good to know
- Door readiness
- Lock doors should be 35–65 mm thick and suitable for a mortise lock. It's easiest to plan this before doors are ordered.
- Wi-Fi
- App features need 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi in the flat. The lock works without Wi-Fi.
- Outdoor-facing doors
- The lock must be fitted under cover, away from direct rain and sunlight.
- Warranty
- 1 year on the doorbell, 2 years on the lock, from handover.
