Shipping and Delivery
1.1 Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to all locations within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
1.2 Shipping Methods and Costs: Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
1.3 Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.4 Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment on the carrier’s website.
1.5 Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Certain high-value items may require a signature upon delivery.
1.6 Shipping Delays: Delays may occur due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or logistical issues. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
1.7 Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pandaxglobal.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Cancellation Policy
2.1 Order Cancellation: You may request a cancellation within 7 days of receiving the product. To initiate a cancellation, email us at support@pandaxglobal.com with your order details.
2.2 Conditions for Cancellation:
- The product must be in its original condition, without any damage or signs of wear and tear.
- You may open the box to inspect the product. However, it should not be used beyond initial inspection.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
- We reserve the right to refuse cancellation if the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing components.
Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for products that meet the conditions specified in Section 2.2.
3.2 Refund Processing: After approving your cancellation and receiving the returned product, we will process your refund within 30 days. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
3.3 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Banks may take additional time to process the refund.
3.4 Non-Refundable Items: Refunds are not available for products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations, or items not in original condition.
Return and Exchange Policy
4.1 Returns: You may return the product within 7 days of receipt if unsatisfied, provided it meets the conditions in Section 2.2.
4.2 Return Process: Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Pack the product securely with all original items and mark the RMA number on the package.
4.3 Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4.4 Inspection and Approval: We will inspect the returned product. If approved, your refund will be processed.
4.5 Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Warranty
5.1 Product Warranty: Our Smart Video Doorbell comes with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
5.2 Warranty Claims: Contact support with your order details. We may require proof of defect. If confirmed, we will repair or replace the product.
5.3 Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

7.1 Limitation of Liability: PandaX Global is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
7.2 Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
